Services / Site plans for pavers, driveways, walls and drive approaches

Paver and hardscape site plan

A scaled site plan for patios, walkways, driveways, drive approaches and retaining walls, with lot coverage, setbacks and drainage arrows. Use it for a right-of-way / curb cut permit, a retaining wall permit, an HOA packet, or a city that wants a plot plan. Walls over 4 ft (or carrying a load) need a stamped engineer design, quoted separately.

For: Paver installers, landscape contractors, hardscape dealers and paver yards. US, Canada, Australia and UK.

What you get

  • Scaled site plan: property lines, house, existing and new hardscape
  • Setbacks, easements and lot coverage / impervious area table
  • Drainage arrows and slope notes
  • Drive approach / curb cut detail referencing the city standard (when needed)
  • Retaining wall plan and elevation with heights (wall section from the block maker or engineer)
  • HOA packet sheet with materials and colors (optional)

Usually within 2 business days of getting everything we need. Rush is available. One round of changes from the permit office or utility is included.

Questions

We're a paver yard. Can our customers order through us?

Yes. That's what this add-on is for. Offer it at the counter, send us the sketch and photos, and we send back a scaled site plan.

Do you survey the lot?

No. We draw property lines from the recorded plat or survey you upload, and note the source on the plan.
