Questions

Can you avoid a service upgrade?

Often. We run the load calculation first. If the numbers are close, an energy management or load management device can let the EV charger fit on the existing service where your code and AHJ allow it.

Several things on one job?

Yes. Tick everything being installed (for example an EV charger plus a panel upgrade) and it goes in one package with one load calculation.
