Questions

Do you stamp the plans?

No. We draw to the prescriptive code tables. Hot tubs, very tall decks and loads beyond the tables need an engineer. We tell you before we start.

We sell patio cover kits. Can you use the maker's engineering?

Yes. Upload the kit's engineering or evaluation report. We draw the site plan, footings and attachment, and reference the report.
